Good luck finding any choice other than custom pads. Turner Motorsports announced some the yesterday, and those are the only ones I know of. As for rotors, there's a few choices, but if you're doing this for performance reasons, you may want to think twice, you do not gain much from drilled/slotted rotor, other than them looking pretty cool.

BMW makes performance ones that they'll cover under warranty for replacement up to 60k miles. |

What do you hope to gain out of modifying the brake system?
Looks? Performance? Get aggressive pads you can expect an increase in brake dust and faster wearing rotors. Rotors will likely offer you no performance advantage aside from reduced mass for your car and wallet. You should pick up the June issue of Grassroots Motorsports. They have a great article on what you can screw up modding your brakes without knowing what you're doing and how it affects system balance. I quote, "If marketing hype-or internet wisdom-is your only guide, braking system performance can suffer" Do your research. |

The Main reason i wanna get them, is for the looks, i wasnt gonna change the actual pads, just the rotor. I like how they look. Do they effect anything is a negative way?

Whether or not you'll notice any performance gain is debatable, but it should not suffer either. If you get the BMW performance rotors and have them installed at a dealership, your maintenance warranty will cover them.

You won't lose anything by going to the BMW performance rotors. These parts are engineered to work just as OEM. This isn't what the Grass Roots article is targeting. You really shouldn't notice anything different about them while driving. But at least you'll know they look cooler!
