It sounds like tiny spcks of metal have landed on your car, and have started to rust. This is like the "rail dust" that often appears on cars built in the USA and transported by train.
Does your car sit near a railroad track for any length of time? I would start with detailing clay. The Clay Magic kit would work, and it is available in a lot of auto parts stores. If that doesn't do it, then I hope others chime in. I've never had to go past that step. |

+1 if its what i think it is....start w/ clay bar, but if its like rust pits on your paint then there is no paint left and it needs to be touched up, sanded, polished and then steamed
