Looking to lease a new e90/A few questions

Some of you may remember me from other boards....Ive been around the e46 community for awhile...doing some research I happended to come accross this board and found a wealth of information...so just wanted to say hi as well!
Well after having two e46's I thought the grass might be greener on the porsche side but it really isnt $75/wk for gas..repair bills, non porsche rentals, and interest paid..being a financial planner I really looked at the cost basis on what im paying now and Ive decided after owning the porsche only 5 months with 7500 miles on it...Im going to trade it in and lease a 330i for 24 months 15k miles a year..probably going to put down 3-4k including incept....

I realize Im going to take a loss on the porsche with tax I paid about 47.9k and Ill get about 39k selling it back to the dealer.....I can write off 3500 as personal loss deductions each year on my taxes..and I paid 1852 in sales tax I didnt write off b/c I got the car in Jan..and I should be about 3800/yr ahead of the game (1200/gas-1100/interest on payments-1000/monthly payment reduction-400/repairs&mat)

I dont want to go any longer then 24 months just because if Im leasing Id rather get a new car waiting for the new M3!!..and miles are important..Im being pretty flexiable on the colors I really want white..but looking for black and graphite..i know the residual value is about 71% on the 330/24mo/15k and the money factor is about .00250...So this past week I have extensive research and found several answers but still have a few im not sure about..below is what I found to be the best deal thus far:

-2006 330xi-Apline White\Blk Lthr-MSRP-$41,795 (not a demo)
-Prem Pkge
-Steptronic
-Htd Seats
-Sat Radio Prep
399/mo 10k miles/27 mo lease

$4024 due at signing (Cap Cost Redu=$2500,$400 refun security,$725 Bank Fee and $399 1st Payment)

Monthly Payment with 6.5% Tax=$424.93

w/15k a year Miles due at signing increased to $4059....$35 more monthly for mileage..and tax recalculated...$462.21/mo

So the questions I have.....

1) I have read several messages about Mult. Secu Deposit...Would you recommend NOT putting a down payment to reduce cost captlization at all and putting 3 additonal security deposits? I understand my payment will be higher but I believe Ill end up about 2k ahead of the game in 24 months..It will cost me a additonal 2040 over the two years in monthly payments, but I only put say 1500 additonal sec deposits so thats 500 savings plus Ill get the 1500 back in the end with compounded interest...please advise?

2)Is the deal about pretty good...just from the numbers I havent found anything close to as good..Im really struggling to compute lease numbers and I have read its not easy.

3)The extra mileage needed to get to 15k I should be able to caculate for about $35 more a month on whatever 10k a year programs?

4)Should I go with a 325i instead I didnt notice much diffrence in the power like you could with the e46? The options arent a huge issue to me besides xenons are a MUST..esp. the wheels I will be changing those asap? However I dont know if its worth it I did notice the MF rates were higher on the 325i/325xi...

5)The program listed above as mentioned before its hard to caculate the numbers..but should they be able to get me into 24/mo with the same costs or is this some type of BMWFS special?

6)I also found a car I like at my local dealer its a 330i so I know the MF is higher the MSRP is 41,365/Apline Whte/Blk Lthr/Prem Pkge/Sat Radio/Steptronic..was quoted about 515/mo + tax 6.5%=548.47/mo with 4k down includ all inceptions

My ultimate goal is to get the best car for the money..and get rid of the porsche before it ends up being upside down in the soft market..I def want to keep my payment under what it is now just because I have several substanically higher expenses monthly..So please advise any thoughts...Glad to be coming back!!!

about the money down- everyone recommends not puttin any money down because if the car gets totalled, you'd lose all that money.

If you can get the payments to be $462/24months/15k miles, that's an excellent deal. A member on here, GLUCK, lucked out and got a lease payment for $424/ 24months/12k miles (cant recall the whole thing but this is close).

Forget the 325, just go with a 330. That is all. Too tired to type anymore...

after 4 hours back and fourth I ended taking the the local dealers deal and paid only a 1000 over invoice so I ended about saving 2500 off MSRP..on the neg price
The final deal I got MSRP $41,695 + Free Mats..Neg to $39238.15
2005 330i Apline Whte/Blk Lthr
-Prem Pkge
-Steptronic
-Comft Acc
-Rear PDC

Cap Cost Reduction-3176.84
Adj Captial Cost..36886.84
First Payment-510.83
Int Reg-150.00
Int Lic Fees-29.34
Acq Fee-206.50
FL Fees-72.49
Dlr Fee-489.00
Total Drive Off-$4635.00
Residual Value 29603.45
Dep-7282.85
Rent-4228.75
BMWFS Aqust Fee-825.00
So the total ended up coming out to be...
24 Months/15k a year....$479.65 +6.5% Tax 31.18=510.83/Monthly..

I think I did really well..not sure who really made money if any money the dealer or sales rep..I felt like I got a good deal ended up paying about 720 for 2k in eqpt that Ill actually use and dont have to deal with any transport issues from NJ to FL....I also got 3 less months terms...So tell me what you think?!
