I'm sure they will. The Tii was not a 135i, and it was sporting the performance brakes. Before getting your heart set on those, there may be better brakes out there for less. Shop around and do a lot of research (which I'm sure you'd do anyway).

Not sure what the performance brakes cost in the US, but here in Germany they are Euro 2,149. That's too much.
