WTB: "Cheap", "Light" and stock sized?

I'm looking for a second set of wheels to put competition rubber on. I'd consider buying another set of 264s if I can find them for a bunch less than MSRP, but there must be alternatives.

Here's the catch; for the kind of competition I do, I have to use factory sized wheels, including offset within ±¼" (~ 6MM).

I'm not having much luck finding wheels in exact OEM sizes (±6MM).

Got any tips? I'll search ebay for people selling off 264s or maybe as set of 256s, but I'd welcome aftermarket alternatives. As long as they are OEM sized...

I searched for the same aftermarket setup, for the same reason, and I don't think they exist. You are stuck with OE wheels for now due to the strange offsets on the 1-Series.

I believe our buddies at D-force will have something as will others...we just have to be patient and give them a little R&D time.

Sorry man, but cheap and light do not belong in the same sentence, when looking at wheels!

Yes, that's why I put quotes around "cheap" and "light". OEM sized is an absolute requirement, but the other two are subject to interpretation.

How about it, anyone found exact OEM sized after market wheels?

Anyone got a set of 264s they want to sell for less than MSRP?

PM 'JAMS 135'. I think he has a set he's looking to sell.

The Breyton GTS-R will meet this criteria. Estimated avail. is 6-26 on this wheel. There is a thread on it in the commercial sales section. I'm not sure if linking it violates any rules.

Hey Gill,

Thanks for your help, I was happy to order with a fellow 135'er!

(Mine is the order shipping to Tight 'n Tidy Racing.)
