Very cool...congrats!!!! I am having a hard time deciding which tune to get, so please get this installed and reported on ASAP. This is my front runner currently.

Thats the plan. This is different than the 335i install. On the 335i you need to reach blind from the top by the airbox and pop the clips to make the change. On the 135i you need to jack the car and remove the engine cover pan. While this is harder because of the car lift, you can see the part to change quickly which is easier.

I will post a DIY as I install.

It's going on two different 1s so we should have a real good idea how it will perform.

Leave in in your car for a few days to let it fully adapt before throwing it on a dyno. Do 2-3 runs and then take it off for a baseline run. Don't baseline first and then throw it on as the ECU will not have time to adapt and you will be dissapointed with the results.

Curious, why not wait for the SSTT version 2?

Because it's vaporware right now. And "if" it ever comes out its an inline add on. I won't be adding it though. I will be happy with the slight bump in power.
