Well, after reading and talking about it for about a year and a half, I finally ordered my 330I. This comes about 6 months late, because of the job transfer from Washington, D.C. to Orlando, Florida. I can't wait to put the car through the gears. I wanted to wait until the 335 sedan came out, but it would be too long. So I leased the 330. The only options, sport package and Mystic Blue. It's got black leatherette and burl walnut. No need for other do dads to distract me when I am switching through the gears. Hope to get it delivered soon, but they said it will be 6 weeks out.

during those 6 weeks, you'll be checking this forum incessantly, searching for possible mods on E-bay, hounding your SA for estimated time of arrival (even though he had repeatedly told you the date, but you just want to know maybe it will arrive sooner if you ask more often), oh yeah, and dream about driving it

I paid 563 including tax. 625 aquisition fee and first month, so due at signing is around $1042. Since I was already a bmw owner who financed through the previous car through BMWFS the security deposit was waived. I only did 12k/yr 36 months because this will be our third car, since i have a regular commuter. MSRP was 39370, I negotiated 1200 above invoice. My money factor was .00245 which was .0002 above the buy rate of .00225. The residual was 64%. There were some dealer processing in the final price, but it was better monthly payment than what my old BMW dealership in Maryland had quoted me, where they gave me .00265 money factor and 62% residual.
