no start after engine swap e90

i have gone from an N47 to M57, we had both engines running before removing anything, weve transfered the dials, key port, CAS, DDE, FRM but no start, anything weve missed in the transfer? grounds and power cables are connected

cluster?

I dont know much about swap, but ive done one and only swap : dme, cas and cluster and the car started. no key port, no frm

Cluster was also changed, I bought a new ECU with the immobilizer off and that did it
