Calgary Auto Show

Anyone going? I'm thinking of heading down tomorrow night possibly.

Went down there today, they've got a graphite (I think it was graphite) 135 with coral interior, and walnut trim or something (not crazy about the combo). Seems like a base 135 otherwise but it was open to the public so you could sit in it.

It looked fantastic and I didn't want to get out!

They also have the new M3 and an X6 in addition to the usual line.

The first official disadvantage of living in Vancouver. We get the Auto Show last.
I'm dying to see the 1 in person.

If it was the same one that was in Edmonton (which it sounds like), it looked great. Although the wheels (whatever style they were) didn't do it for me.

I went last night as well and that was indeed Sparkling Graphite. I have to say that I agree with everyone's initial impression of the car. It definitely has way more presence in real life than can ever be portrayed in a photo. So glad I went with SGM!!

there certainly were quite a few people checking it out.

I found it to be the perfect size, it was relatively compact but you really don't get the sense of how driver focused the car is until you sit in it.
