Fuel Pressure Regulator or Fuel Volume Regulator?

Hey folks, I'm new to this forum, also new to BMW ownership as of last week and already had the thing in bits. Hoping to get some advice on this fuel pressure issue.

I'm getting a fault code that indicates high fuel pressure. Seems to okay, maybe a little loud. I'm thinking it's the volume regulator on the HPFP and I just need to make sure I'm ordering the correct one as they look identical. This is one I have ordered https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/355083799842.

Is this right one or is this the one that goes on the rail.

Thanks in advance.

Here is a pic. I'm pretty sure it's the right one. I'm thinking the pressure regulator on the pump is the culprit.
