N20 turbo coolant lines issue

I need help understanding what is going on with my turbo coolant lines. I was planning to change the O-rings where I could see the coolant leaking as I assume that all of the leaking is coming from the O-rings, but after looking down there, I wanted to know what else could be happening with the turbo coolant lines. I don't understand why the line is blue. Could the return line have ruptured? Please see the picture attached.

If there is a DIY for changing out the return line, please tell me where to find it.

Thanks

Are you aware that BMW coolant is blue?

If you were, you’d be less surprised that a leaking coolant line is stained in the color blue.

My N20 has had the same leak for over 60k miles now. Leak is so slow that I’ve put off removing the exhaust manifold and turbo until I’m ready for a full rebuild (of the turbo).

I’d also love to hear some DIY opinions on the topic from those with experience!

Yes, I am aware that the BMW coolant is blue. I am refilling it once a month. Dont want to just change out the O-ring if the entire line is bad. Also, I don't want to change the line if all is needed are the O-rings.
