Hi guys!

I'm close to buying a 2016.12 BMW F36 420d model but I'm not sure how I could check if the car has an AdBlue system or not. I don't have picture of the tank to know for sure if it has it or not. Unfortunately I can't ask for a picture of the tank because the car is being auctioned.

Is it possible to check with the VIN somehow?

I found an older post on another forum where people say that it is possible by using the last seven digits of the VIN on a parts catalogue site. I tried this method but I'm getting mixed results.

This site is saying that it doesn't have SCR based on the VIN: www.bmwautoparts.net

And this one says that it has it: https://www.realoem.com/bmw/enUS/select

The last digits of the VIN are: G794654.

Could someone help me out please?
