Do I have to drain coolant before I replace this? Oil I do not mind since I’m doing an oil change. Coolant though I don’t have the tools to fill back up and pressurize the system. The other thing is I don’t know if it’s the oil housing or a hose leaking yet and would like to avoid until I know for sure. Doesn’t leak when car is not running.

If I have to I might just drain everything and tow it to a shop to finish the job of filling the coolant.

Also oil in the pictures is definitely probably from when I did oil changes and oil coming out of the top of housing and filter.
