I recently took my car to the dealership for a recall. One of the technicians commented that I was missing a Bracket and Silencer Housing for one of the hoes at the front of the engine. They're worried the hose will keep rubbing against the alternator housing, eventually creating a hole in the hose.

I tried looking at some cooling system diagrams but had difficulty finding the needed part. They quoted me $643 to fix it at the dealer. I've highlighted the hose and the screw holes I think it mounts to, which I assume are for some bracket. Added also an image from further away.

Does anyone have any idea what part I'm missing? Any feedback is welcome!!!
