Are my differential bushings supposed to look like this?

Just picked up a 2010 335i (my 8th E90). The only oil leak I can find is near the rear diff. Does this look like an active leak? The diff looks dry. But the surrounding area has a mess on it. And are the bushings supposed to look like that? It seems like they have slid out a little.

thanks
