520D n47 single turbo to 525d n47 twin-turbo
Hi,
I have a late 2010 model 520d n47 engine. Has anyone successfully done a turbo conversion to the bi-turbos/twin turbo (don't even know which one it has at this point) on the late 525d models from 2013+ ? I know they're the same 2.0L n47 engines and I'm thinking of buying a bi-turbo kit for around £1000 from a 525d model and throwing it on mine, but is that even doable without going to a BMW engineer? |
