M6 Wheels on a 1er.

Has anyone seen a 1er with M6 (rep) wheels? It doesn't matter if it is a 5 door or a 3 door. I would even like to see if someone could PShop them onto the coupe.

I just think that they would look sick.

Wow, that actually looks good.

In my mind's eye I didn't think it would.

I have them on my e90, they look really good. Surprisingly, I know. I'm sure they will be a sure thing on the 1er. I think I'm going either ac schnitzer type 5 forged or bbs lm's though.

I keep going back and forth between the black wheels with a red rim stripe and these wheels on a red 1er. I was leaning towards the black wheels but this makes it even harder to choose.

One thing I did for those of you thinking about getting a black oner. I had the M6 reps custom painted so that instead of the grey paint, it's black paint. Then paint the calipers black and the high hats black, looks really good on a black oner, or a white one for that matter. Or if your planning on doing any carbon fiber mirrors, spoilers, splitters, etc, it's compliments them better.

The M6 wheels look outrageously hot on a 3-series coupe too...

What do you expect the car has an extremely small size, so to create a proper track in the suspension the wheels have to have a huge positive offset.

The good part is this can easily be fixed with 20mm wheels spacers.

The bad part is the look could very possibly turn out extremely odd.

I hate those wheels on the M6.

They look GREAT on the 1er!

Are they available in 18s?

Of all the BMW rims, I just don't care for those. ( I know they ar the rage right now...) But, they do not look as bad as expected on the 1-er.

I much prefer the CSL style, or even the Z4 M split 5 spoke. Again, offset issues....

Not feeling them in the slightest. For a 5 spoker they look oddly tiny.
Get some BBS's on this thing and it will be crushing.

I think that looks pretty good, but wouldn't go out of my way to get them.

Not really feeling the M6 reps on the 1 series. I would still stick with the CSL style wheel that we have in stock and ready to go:

They're pretty nice if they were just another wheel. Unfortunately, we know where they're from so it's kind of a wannabe look. I'd almost be embarassed to pull up to an M6. They might say something like, "oh how cute, you have my wheels on".

I dont agree with that. Many people put replica wheels on their cars. They are just wheels. Its not like a 135 driver putting an M6 badge on their car...now that would be something to laugh at!
