699m 20’inch wheel small rim repair

I have a tiny curb mark on one of my wheels . I have had one repaired before but at a decent expense . This one is very small and right on the edge . I know they are diamond cut but can anyone recommend a touch up to improve the appearance ?

I bought a set of 699M off eBay, although they were mint apart from one small stone chip, i elected to have them powder coated gloss black as I didn’t want to go through the process of trying to fix them then end up powder coating them anyway.

Powder coating cost £185 and looks really good.

If it is only tiny and on the polished edge then fine grade wet'n'dry to remove any burring and a metal polish such as solvol autosol might clean it up so that you can hardly notice it.

Have been wondering the same... My daughter commuted in my X3 for a couple weeks and left me a thank you present on the front rim. I can handle the wet-sanding progression, but is the diamond-cut surface clear-coated or just polished? Don't want to end up chasing a clear-coat issue around the wheel...
