I believe so, looking at the burger tuning website. You would have to confirm this with them.

Doing more research on this. I hear that BMW can flag boost that is out of range automatically for new models. So looking into that currently as I have a 2023. I don't want to void my warranty.

Yes, if they go back and look for it, which is normally only done if there is a catastrophic failure, they can find boost variables out of factory range. However if there is no proof on their end that you did anything to cause it, you can fight it.

That’s why JB4 is the choice for people that are wanting to protect their warranty.
