Where are the ///M bits?

I clearly recall from the press releases something about M door sills, footrest, knob, and steering wheel as well as the shadowline trim. Excerpt from UK press release.

The BMW 120d Coupé will be available in ES, SE and M Sport guises, while the 123d Coupé will be offered in SE and M Sport and the 135i Coupé just as an M Sport. M Sport raises the specification bar by including 17-inch light alloy wheels on the 120d and 123d Coupé but unique 18-inch light alloy wheels on the 135i Coupé, M Aerodynamic package, M Sports suspension, Sports seats, High-gloss Shadowline exterior trim, M leather steering wheel, M designation door sills and Anthracite headlining.
Entire press release available here.

I was expecting to see steering wheel and knob similar to this (from a 3er with M Pack)

but have only seen the standard...

Has anyone else noticed this? I really prefer the driving feel of the ///M shifter. The throw is (seems) shorter. Also prefer the thumb rests and thickness of the M wheel. My sales guy here says that it will have it, but I haven't seen any pics with yet. Has anyone?

Hmm I wonder what BMW is saving the M-shifter and thick steering wheel for...

I like the silver accents on the standard steering wheel and shifter better. The perforated leather on the ///M wheel is nice though.

I think that the pictures that we have seen of the 135i is a "hybrid" of the 128i and the 135i. Instead of photographing both a 128i and a 135i, BMW probably took features from each to give an idea of what the 128i would be like without making one. So I would imagine that the interior is what a typical 128i interior would look like.
