Found a car.....but.....advice?
Carfax shows a "rear impact" accident, looks like it was serviced & fixed up, should i stay away? I'm assuming yes, but would like some more help from the e90post family
2007 335i sedan Carfax Here is the dealer's website with pictures"] Has all the options I want with a reasonable price, just wish it had nav, but the accident makes me weary |

Meh, stay away. You never know what else could be wrong with it.

would love the coupe, but i plan on having this car for a few years, & plan on having kids in the "not too distant" future makes the coupe something i'm not really feeling
however, if the exact package came along and the price was too hard to pass up i think i'd have to jump on it lol i kinda like the back end on the e90 better too, especially with the black lines |

If you had to ask us, then you already know the answer. And yes, you should pass.
You might as well wait until there is one that comes with all the packages you want, or else you might regret it! And the longer you wait, the cheaper it gets anyways. |

its tough cause i would never buy a car in an accident but the thing is that some of the times its not the drivers fault.my friend got hit in his 09 e92 335i.he had to replace the entire bumper. it wasnt his fault and he got it fixed but alot people would stilll stay away from buying his car in the future.if u dont really care buy it.if its something that bothers u slightly then dont buy it. why waste 30+ on a car you feel iffy about.

My last car was rear ended by a 4X4 pickup with a cattle guard. The rear was packed in pretty far. The body shop fixed it but it never felt "right" again. It didn't seem to ride smooth or handle the way it did before. I had them re-examine the work but all was supposedly in spec.
Given my experience, I would be wary of this one. Just my 0.02 Good Luck with your search. |
