Hi all,

I have a 2011 335i n55 and can’t figure out this rear creaking coming from the rear passenger wheel

I have pretty run out of ideas at this point and looking for help.

The noise only happens when applying the brakes and occurs at any speed. The brakes can be hot or cold and it makes the noise. When accelerating or decelerating there is no noise. Applying the hand brake while the noise is present does not affect the noise.

The following has been done:
New rotors
New pads
New parking brake shoes and springs
New shocks
New trailing arm bushings
New roll over strut bushing
New stabilizer links
New control arms
Rebuilt Caliper
Rebuilt cv axle
New bearing
Changed diff fluid
Checked all subframe bushings and all are okay
Tried different wheels and same noise

The noise is only present at the rear passenger wheel. Driver side rear wheel is fine.

Would love some other suggestions. Thanks in advance for the help!

Spring pad seats?

Thank you, Greyfox!!!! It was the bottom coil spring seat that was causing the noise. Replaced it and the noise is gone now.
