She reaches Pt. Hueneme on either the 29th or the 30th...so give it 7 to 10 days after that for its trip through the VPC and trucking to your dealership. I'm hoping to get the call on 6/8 or 6/9!

Sorry - we're basically in the dark until the ship docks at Pt. Hueneme on the 29th or the 30th. The website doesn't cover the area between the exit of the Canal and the U.S. west coast.

The website itself is aislive.com - you have to register, and the "free" site is pretty limited in scope. Apparently full tracking used to have no charge...now it's like $1300 to get full access.

I know she's coming closer - and the waiting is becoming even more painful!

Nice!! Actually, it almost looks like it's in port - it's hard to tell though, but I think the line from the Ryujin goes into that mess at the port (SD port maybe).

My wife rightly pointed out it would be in Long Beach, not SD. (She's from CA, and knows the region well, plus she works at Nike on shipping logistic systems).

I feel like I'm dying too!

But now that our cars are at the port, my sales associate told me that cars in So Cal should be at the dealerships in about a week. This takes into account processing at the VPC as well as trucking to the dealership and dealer prep.

IT'S GOING TO BE A LONG WEEK, FELLAS!

I'm way late to this thread but my 330 is on that ship too. My dealer told me it was a day late and got in to port on May 30th. That should put the delivery to the dealer a day late too.

Time to get those last minute things ready, like telling your dealer to NOT drill a front license plate holder if you don't want one.

WOO HOO!!! Just got "the call" from my sales associate - she says my car arrives at the dealership on Sunday or Monday, so I have an appointment to pick my baby up after work on Tuesday @ 7pm!

6 more days...THE LONGEST 6 DAYS OF MY LIFE!

Congratulations! I was surprised how quickly the VPC prepped the cars. Considering the ship got to port on May 30th and our cars arrived at our SoCal dealers on June 2nd, it's nothing short of amazing. I was coincindentally at my dealer to pick up my X5 from service when the sales manager told me I had just missed "my car". He had just had it PDI'd and sent off for the tint I asked for. There are a couple of other mods I'm having them do so I won't get it until probably Tuesday.

I'm still amazed that it only took a couple of days to get our cars. I guess that means there were no repairs or campaigns that had to be performed or else it probably would've taken longer.
