It's not a lame accusation; I agree that it's funny insofar as they are so dense they try and tow a car by the bumper rather than the towing eye it's just I fail to see how their ethnicity is relevant.

I'd a thought there are a few different stereotypes for a country so large, fat being one, a little simple being another. Bit like us Brits allegedly being 'boring'.

Not implying anyone is any more, or less, intelligent than another just don't want to get dragged into an online argument with somebody I don't know that probably, to the third-party, just makes us both look a little daft. Written words can be dangerous and easily taken in the wrong context.

I have no intention of offending anyone, just having a little poke in the ribs, followed by a wink, at the Yanks (like many others on here do).
