Good Deal, 07 335i?

My girlfriends family bought all their BMW's from this dealer. He calls me today and says he has a monaco/black 07 335 coupe with 12k miles, CPO for the next 4 years/60k miles for $29000. Assuming the car checks out is there any reason I should reconsider going for it ?

seems like a good deal, go for it. FYI I bought my non-cpo 2007 E90 335 for $30,000 with 22,000 miles.

Looks likes a sweet deal to me...if you have the cash. ....the big question is...do you really need it.
