Blue Ridge Mountain Metallic?

I'm about the pull the trigger on a '24 50e. I don't want a black or white vehicle, and the grays on the palette this year are not dark enough for my liking. As such, I'm looking at the Blue Ridge Mountain Metallic. The fact it matches the sliver Sensfin interior and looks better (I think) without the extra M-sport additions are a bonus.

I know color is subjective, but this is the first vehicle I'm considering that isn't the standard black, white, or gray. Manhattan Green looks pretty good in the shadows, but it's a bit too green for me in sunlight.

Am I going to regret getting BRMM?

Are you getting shadowline trim, or chrome?

Because with chrome it looks...happy

While it seemed novel I think this is going to be one of those colors that really dates after a few years. This color screams "mid 1990s" to me.

Sparkling Copper is a better look but I don't think available on the X5.

It doesn't look mid-90s to me in person. Many of the photos I've seen online are oversaturated. In person, the blue/green is more muted with some gray mixed in.

I have had one for a month now. I get MANY compliments on it.

I think the look has a touch of class…

Better yet, Understated Elegance…

I think it’s great. How many shades of black, grey and white can bmw offer? Go for it.

My wife and I thought we would get BRMM, but once we saw it in person it was a no go. My wife said older persons car. Markets other than the US has (Tanzinite?) blue which we love. Oh well, settled for Carbon Black over Cognac.
