West coast blues

It seems like a lot of west coast people have their cars at the port of exit waiting to get on a ship. My car was sent to the port of exit on the 8th and has been sitting there since. Very frustrating. You east coast guys have it good. You guys have more information available, it seems more ships and a much shorter travel time. Buy the way is there any information on ships that will be headed to the west coast in the next few days. When will they get here.

I just called my sales guy, I'm on the Hojin. My car was loaded yesterday the 17th. Just to recap, here are the dates:

- Ordered 4/15
- Complete 5/4
- At port 5/11
- In transit 5/17

So for those of you that have similiar order/production dates on the west coast, hopefully this will give you a glimmer of hope.

Leitrim, does the 800 number still tell you "Your car is awaiting a vessel"...even though you know it's been shipped?

Yep. I called this morning and it still said "at port waiting for a vessel..."

Just talked to my dealer, told me the car was put on a ship yesterday!!!
Wow, I can't wait!

mikeymike, what ship are you on and when does it get here. I'll have to ask my sales guy about mine. I think I'll feel much better as soon as I know mine is on a ship.

MikeMike and Teodulog: My car hit port around the same time as yours. Here's the latest schedule for CA-bound ships. I'm going to call my dealer after this post to see where I'm at! (Hopefully I made it on the Hojin).

My dealer said he had no idea of what ship he's on...but he's expecting the car to arrive june 6th at the port in oxnard, CA.

I just talked to my CA and i'm on the Hojin. The schedule says it'll be at the port on 6/11. Hopefully I can get the car the 16th, my birthday.

If we are going by this schedule...and our cars have already left the port....then it only makes sense to be the hojin, yes or no?

Yes.

According to my CA, the Hojin is docking on the 6th, not the 11th, in Port Hueneme.
