2008 E92 M3 Coupe alpine/black

Item Interest
My father is getting rid of his 2008 M3 coupe to get into club racing. Car was purchased in 04/08 and is under factory warranty until 04/12. It is a alpine white on black leather car. Options include technology package, edc shocks, 19" wheels, and heated seats. Current mileage is 2,690. Car is garaged, only drive on weekends and has never seen rain. Currently is lowered on H&R sport springs and has black grilles, side gills, and black m3 rear badge. Asking $62,000. Pics will follow this weekend. ill give you a bump cuz it sounds like a nice car, but theres no way that you are going to sell that car for 62k. g/l

^ yeah price seems a little high

I got a AW with every option , 73k sticker for 58k with 1,500 miles

You can get an 09 similarly spec for darn near that price with 2.9%. Bump for the sale though.

Realistically though, you'd need to lower the price by about 10k, especially in today's free falling economy. I got mine (not as well equipped though) brand new for less than that. It's a really really really bad time to be selling anything right now. Good luck

I dont know why you guys are giving him these opinions...its for sale, if you are interested make an offer or a bid...did he really want to know how much you got yours for? beats me everytime I read these comments....why dog someone's thread...? got some free time spend that investing in the stock market or something.....lol

We are giving him our opinions to help him sell the car. It's better then him coming in the market blinded. We're offering pricing advice. I would say our pricing advice is a bit more constructive then what you posted and it took all about the same time.

Seriously, I think even if the seller is willing to negotiate, if the asking price is too high, it'll scare off potential buyers, and they won't even make an offer. This doesn't seem to apply at dealerships though, only to private sellers. So a reasonable asking price, or starting point, would be constructive input, IMO.
