New things bout the e90 330

Did anyone know that if you switch your keys it changes your radio and satellite radio stations? So if you had to share this car with a spouse or sumthin you each could have your settings on a different key.

Anyone also gettin annoyed with the bluetooth when you go through an area where you lost service? The phone on the radio will get stuck trying to find a signal and the end button does not work, you have to get your phone out and redial someone else's number then hang up then the radio comes back on, any notice this?

Anyone else gettin a lot of "oh my god, you got that car I hate you so much!" HAHAHA, its funny but literally everyone says it, guess it comes with the car.

That key thing was even on the E46, I thought it can even remember the temperature settings from the a/c..

Where? When? Is the software for the 330 ahead of that for the 325? I have the latter and was told the key memory software wouldn't be available until September or so...

No, the software to allow a non-Idrive car to change certain car/Key settings in the car is only comming later ( like switching on or off daylight running lights )

But every key should currently remeber what the current car setting were when it was last used

Seat and mirror memory, climate control settings, radio settings, etc. are also suposed to be 'remembered' with the keys - but the software is not yet available. At least that's what I'm told.

Doesnt yours remember it now ? The ones i have seen do, as does the one from the first post

The car/key memory software that is comming is so you can change settings that on cars without Idrive you used to have to go to the dealer for

This must be a problem with a specific phone or phone model. This does not happen with my phone (I use a Treo 650).

I agree with E90Fleet -- the software the dealers are waiting for is to allow additional programming of features that are not accessible in the car (like DRL, audio confirmation in non-iDrive cars, etc). Other things like AC temperatures, seat positions, etc should change with you change keys.
