Air suspension lifting when parked

Newb here and first time I've owned a vehicle with adjustable air suspension. So I apologize in advance if this has already been answered.

I usually set my car to load height when I park my car. But after locking it and walking away, it'll automatically raise up. Is there something I have to do in the car settings to make sure it stays in load height? Or do I have to get it coded?
Thanks in advance everyone!!

I (and I think many others) gave up on trying to remedy the air suspension rising when parked. Hope you are more successful.
