Spoke to my dealer last month re: ordering a new 328xi to replace the one coming off lease in early April, requiring that I roll last payment into new lease. Bet rates would go down in Jan, but because a) that didnt happen (BMWFS MF went from .00150 to .00175), b) 36 month residual went from 60% to 57%, and c) price increases (base + options of about $1,000), I would have been better pulling the trigger last month.
