Tischer & Jason: Excellent Customer Service
Just a few comments about my recent experience with Tisher.
I placed 2 orders, 1 was air shipping (extra $35) and the other with ground (which was free during their holiday promotion).UPS screwed up the air shipping address and caused the delivery to be at the same time as the ground shipping. After making a comment to Jason, he took it upon himself to seek a remedy to the problem. First, he replied to my concern within an hour or so of receiving my email, and he was extremely polite and professional. He immediately sought to find a solution as it was clear that it was UPS fault for screwing up the delivery address for the air shipment. He proceeded to refund the extra delivery charge to me before he spoke with UPS to keep me happy. To me, this is exemplary customer service. Thanks Jason for a great experience. Looking forward to more $$ so I can buy more parts.  |

What if Jason@Tischer and Evan@Tischer are really the same person?!? Kinda like Finkel is Einhorn, and Einhorn is Finkel????

yea these guys have awesome service. they helped me over AIM a few weeks ago for a part I was looking for, very very helpful guys. i plan on buying more stuff from Tischer since their service is so good!
