BMW Owners Circle

I have searched the archives with no luck. I am trying to track my new BMW - I have the production number. You used to be able to do this through BMW Owners' Circle link, and tracked my '07 from production to delivery, but the link seems to have been eliminated. Do I have to bug the dealership every time I want an update on my car's progress? What are people doing to track their cars?

go to http://bmwusa.com

click on "my account"

set up and account with your production number.... viola!

you can now stare at your car NOT being built for a month or two, it's fantastically awesome!

unfortunately even this number doesn't have up-to date information , contact CA or dealer for most up-to-date info ! but this number is definitely is faster than the website

Yeah...didn't get any other info from the 800 number either. I'm going to call it again next week.

Damn you guys and your fancy owners circle for online build tracking... all we can do is call up our CA or call BMW Canada for an update.

BTW I have both on Speed Dial

You can also speak to a customer service representative from the 1-800 number. They normally have the up-to-date information on the status of your car.

Just contact your CA,they can give you all of the information you need,OC is not 100% accurate

I always try to call/email my customers every week or so with an update regardless of if they call or not. I do give everyone my phone number to call me because it is so easy to track a car. In fact I usually have the website open when my customers call because I do a lot my work from the same website.

Best is to call the 800 number and ask for a customer relations rep. They will give you the most up to date info available. I used them a couple of times in tracking my car and they were amazingly accurate. More so than the auto-responses.
