Good deal?

'09 335i Coupe white with beige interior. It has:
-Premium
-sports
-steptronic
-paddle shifters
-comfort access
-heated front seats
-navigation
-HD radio
-satellite
-Logic 7
-iPod/USB adapter
-Smartphone Integration

It only has 5 miles on it and has been on the lot just under 2 weeks. I can get it for at least $50,488, which is about $1200 over invoice (correct me if I'm wrong). I think I should be able to get it for less than that though, right?

Not a bad price...probably closer to $1000 over invoice when you factor in the $200 increase in MSRP (Edmunds hasn't updated their pricing info yet). I agreed to a price ~$1500 over invoice, but the 1.9% financing made it very attractive nonetheless.

You might be able to get it for less...but I don't think you'll get one for less than $500 over invoice. It's up to you whether or not you want to put that much more effort in to save another 1% off the sales price.

I just ordered a new '09 328xi for $500 over invoice. Since your car's on the lot and was built prior to 1/2/09, it should have the old invoice and MSRP. You should be able to do better than $1500 over invoice. I wouldn't pay more than $1000 over. Make them a reasonable counter offer. Have the invoice price handy and work from there. I thought the 335 finance rate was higher than 1.9% after 1/2/09.

I think 500-750 over invoice is doable
