Tischer: Awesome service

A while ago I ordered my M sport rocker panels from Tischer. I recieved the box and immediately dropped them off at a local paint shop to be done. Well... me being complacent/stupid, never opened the box previous to that point other than to make sure there were 2 side skirts inside. I recieved the painted side skirts back and went to install them... only to realize that I had 2 right side skirts!!!

After freaking out at first I contacted Tischer and let them know what had happened. I asked if they could send me the correct side skirt (for the left side) and if they would be nice enough to paint it for me because of the mix up. WIthout any hesitation they took care of it.

Although initally I was kind of ticked off about recieving the wrong side skirt, I realize that mistakes happen (no matter how good someone is). The customer service that they provided after that initial mix up was superb and I would never question their dedication to their customers. Furthermore, this happened over the holidays and Jason did his best to get it to me in a speedy fashion! I really couldnt be more satisfied with their company.

Soon as I get some more cash I know where I'm ordering my aero lip from!
