Wheel fitment question

I need to put on snow tires on a 2009 328xi. It has been lowered with H&R lowering springs. The wheels/tire combo I am looking at are 205/50R17 with a 40 offset. The seller tells me that they are stock wheels from a 2003 330xi. If you could provide some insight into if these wheels will fit properly I would appreciate it.

Thanks

That tire size is the same diameter as stock sizes (225/45R17 or 225/40R18). The stock offset is ET34, so 40 is a bit more tucked in depending on the wheel width.

Play around with the calculator here: https://www.willtheyfit.com/
