If you are ardering now, when is the delivery date?

Just ordered a 335i at a great price ($500 over). Looking at the Order Modification sheet it indicates the car is being made in South Africa??

Anyway, what are you being told is your approx delivery date if you ordered in the last week or so?

I'm not sure but I think they only build the 3 series in Germany?

If that's the case, you'll be waiting until at least Jan 5th, when they re-open the factories.

I ordered on December 6th, and still don't even have a confirmed production date yet...

actually build /delivery date depends on dealer allocation.

For an E90 you probably looking at 4-6 weeks MAX for your new E90 to arrive at the dealer

I ordered my E90 335i a week before Thanksgiving and got my order number last week for a Jan 13 build. Add in a couple weeks for shipping and then maybe a week for delivery to the dealership and prep and I think I am into late Feb/early March.

Of course, the factory shutting down for a month probably affected your build date. I'm guessing that late Feb/early March would be about accurate if one were to place an order today.

Pretty sure there are only two plants for the 3-series and they are both in Germany.

They build some 328i sedans in South Africa. This is from the ordering guide, which includes part of the VIN:

328i coupe ULEV WB33
328i coupe SULEV WV13
328xi coupe ULEV WC33
328xi coupe SULEV WV53
328i sedan ULEV VA33
328i sedan (S. Africa) ULEV VA37
328i sedan SULEV VC53
328xi sedan ULEV VC93
328xi sedan SULEV VC73

Note that 328i ULEV sedans are built in Germany and South Africa.
