What part is this on the rear bumper?

2018 ..

Noticed today it’s starting to rust on me and looks awful. Is this something I can replace or it takes the entire rear bumper to be replaced?

I’ve tried searching and can’t find this specific piece or like a gloss black replacement maybe etc.

It’s the metal / black chrome trim on top of the rear bumper under the cargo door.

Don’t judge me for how dirty it is I cleaned it right after this pic the weather has been wild in south florida this week.

Thanks in advance !
