Great cars, true, but I can't imagine Honda was selling many of them at the end of its run, not when they were going for $90k and only had 300~HP. But it was still better than the ugly sled Honda is currently testing at the Nurburgring. I think I would've just put a twin-turbo V6 or V8 in the old design.

The NSX...Honda's way of saying that a supercar can be daily driven. The car was surely ahead of its time.

Your right about the NSX not selling well at the end of it's cycle but I think one of the many reasons of it not doing particularly well is, it was on the market for more then 15years. They should have made a new model after 5 or 7 years.

Anyway, I would love if the NSX returns in the old mid engine chassis. The chassis of the old car were really potent and with a few minor updates on it, it will be unbeatable. Plus, I would also like your suggested Twin turbo V6 on it.....that would make it

+1....I think the NSX started the trend of a everyday supercar!
