N55 rattle on car wake up
My cars been sitting at a bodyshop lot for 4 - 5 months since the end of Feb without being driven.
I'm getting a clacking/rattling noise whenever I open the door(wake the car up) like in this video (not mine): https://youtu.be/hSaaq_0W2z4 Could these codes/noises have to do with low battery? "rattling noise from a relay. I changed my car battery and the problem went away. The reason was that my car battery wasn’t supplying adequate voltage to certain modules and relays" - Could it be a failed Valvetronic Servo Motor? - Doubtful that it's a frozen eccentric shaft. Car starts up and drives fine, but I read that it'll switch over to the throttle body instead of using Valvetronic if it faces an issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance. Had these codes initially (along with a CEL): Quote:
Cleared codes, went on a drive and these two Valvetronic codes came back (No CEL though): Quote:

Just some updates.
Rattling whenever the car woke from sleep has gone away. I believe it was due to a low battery. I plan on swapping out the Valvetronic Servomotor. Potential issue with my lower O2 sensor. I replaced my upper O2 preventatively a few thousand miles ago. |

What makes you think something is wrong with the O2 sensor? |
