If you hear a whistle it's a vacuum leak most likely.

Bring it to a shop that does performance work on bmws. They may need to smoke test it.

Just picked it up from the shop and they said it had a boost pressure sensor code and a evap code they cleaned the sensor and gas cap wasn't tight enough but about 10 mins after picking the car up it started to do it things again but that's where I'm at and apparently there's a burger motor sports tuner in the car

I'm guessing the sensor and the cap need to be replaced then..

Just got back home from a long month at work and I plugged in my snap on code reader and now it's bringing up a code 121000 and 121002 something about short circuit I and I went and drove around and watch my reading on the map sensors and they seemed fine expect one was a little jerky but nothing alarming so I ended up clearing the codes and took the car for a drive and now it brought up something with a fuel ventilation code so now I feel like I'm just chasing my tail

That fuel tank ventilation code may have something to do with that whistling and the car feeling down on power (boost issue). I have never had that code, but 2-3 times in the last 6 months I've had the pump stop early on me when refueling. That sensor connects to the charge pipe right before the throttle body, and I believe it also has a connection at the throttle body. I just realized this going over this thread https://f30.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh....php?t=1939311

This could be causing my boost problems too. I'll see if I can visually check it out over the weekend.

I've had the pump stopping early issue after since BMW dropped my tank for warranty repair of my park brake cable clip. Never had any codes or issues though

So after clearing the codes I decided to completely dis connect my JB4 and plug it all back to stock and that seems like my problem has been fixed the car drives better and my issue has completely gone away so I'm think it was ethier the harness for the JB4 or the JB4 I'll keep the guys updated so see if the problem has been completely fixed but thank you for your guys help but I've got a other question my car is a m performance and the guys I bought it from is saying that bmw from factory does stage 2 tunes on m performance cars which I feel like that isn't true

That is not true. The only thing BMW will install is the MPPK (m performance power kit) or whatever the exact terminology is for N55. Its like a stage 0.5 tune when you are comparing to stage 1/2/etc with MHD and BM3. Not every "stage" is consistently rated across different playforms, but BMW is not installed stage 2 tunes. The only slight exception is if you get Dinan through BMW.

Since I have removed my tune and put the car back to stock it has seems to get horrible gas mileage and now when I get into trying to merge onto the highway or anything it seems to cut power and jerk me forward and there's no codes and no engine light and now I have no idea feels like I'm running around in circles now it seems like it cuts power for a quick second and jerks and then gets back in it

OK, so you removed the hardware, did you check if you had a backend flash on the DME?

You need to be able to plug into the computer and check, if you arent capable you might need to take it to a shop. Or ask the people you bought it from?
