Seat discoloring at 5,000 miles?

I am lease transferring a z4m and the car is in perfect condition except for the fact that the sepang brown leather is whitish where the wallet rubs on the seat. Does the warranty cover this? I mean this is abnormal wear for a car with such low milage. what do you guys think?

damnn! is there anyway I can fix this? I mean this is not gonna stop me from getting the car. I don't know what happened since the car was being driven by someone else. I still have hope the warranty will aid me since its so new. anyone else have an opinion?

Got any pictures of it?
Try leather cleaner with some leather conditioner.

I dont have any pics yet because I don't have the car yet, but the color has faded completely, so I doubt conditioner will help. Thanks though

You can always bring it to a upholstery shop and have them re-dye it.

+1. The reputable places can work wonders.

I would tell the dealer that you will only get it if they take care of that for you.

If you do end up doing the repair at your cost, check this company out: http://www.fibrenew.com/ They should have a franchise in your area. I've seen the work, it's very good. They are probably the company the dealer would contract to do it, anyway.
