Oil on rear tub lower oil hose N54

Hey all,

Looking for some confirmation before I go ordering parts.

The old girl has been loosing oil a lot faster than I`m happy with, 1L in 800 miles. Done PCV>RB but not breather hose, so thought I'd have a poke around before ordering the breather in case I need more bits.

Got me some oil on the what looks like the lower oil feed/return, could this be a seals thing?

Undertray is dry and no oil burning smell - I do occasionally get a cloud out the back but its only when I surprise the turbos, is the best way I can put it. If i`m on my gear selection and have them spooled then nothing comes out. Again it doesn`t always happen > leading my to PCV vent hose for the consumption problem.

VCG seems to be fine, went round with a mirror and could spot anything for the life of me. This is a RHD motor. Intake hose seems fine

So is it a replacing seals on this oil pipe, new car, new tubs, don`t worry about it job or what what?
