How are additional miles figured in at lease inception?

Considering leasing for 24 months, but will need 20,000 miles per year. Money Factors and Residuals based on 15,000 miles per year. How are additional miles computed?

At 20 cents/mile= $2,000 at the end of the lease, divided by 24 payments ups lease payment by $80/month. Doesn't seem right.

Is 20k the highest tier?
If so you may be better off with a purchase.
