07 E91 - Clicking/tapping/rattling sound from passenger side/glovebox
Hi All,
Hoping someone can help me with this as it’s driving me mad! My new (to me) 07 E91 is making an annoying clicking/tapping sound from the passenger side. It sounds as if it’s something behind the glovebox. It only seems to do it when pulling away/slowing down and it sounds almost like a nut or screw or something that is loose in there and is moving around. Have checked inside the glovebox, the fuse box cover, all around the seat etc. and can’t find anything loose. Someone did say try it with the cup holder open, not tried that yet. Is this is a common issue?? I’ve tried to record a video of it - https://1drv.ms/v/s!AqCXModEeykLhJh-ORrfsjP0Q9rziA Cheers |

It turned out to be a random screw sitting loose in the panel underneath the glovebox, no idea where it came from mind! But it was moving back and forth causing the rattle - always satisfying when you cure a rattle! |
