Finally a intake for my MY21’

I just purchased the intake from HPS performance for my x5 4.0, I’ll try to have some pictures/video before and after when I get to installing it. Pollen here in Long Island is pretty intimidating these past days, attached below are some pictures.

The intake itself came out to around 450 something more or less. But

later this week I’ll get it installed

Got the intake installed today, and WOW what a difference in sound and power. I have taken a few pics and one video, please excuse the order of the pictures since I've been too overly excited to take step by step. I'm currently on a jb+ and HPS intake

These are some extras, sorry for the orientation for some pictures, coming straight from my iPhone, seems correct on the phone but changes here!

Any new updates? Any issues running this intake so far? How hard was the install?

No issues honestly, power and torq wise, I did feel a change with the jb+, The install was simple, just taking off the stock intake pipe is a pain in the ass if you don't have the right tools. Definitely will need a magnetic hook, just in case something falls. Total install for first time is about 30-45 minutes. I will post videos soon.

HPS Intake pretty pricy. Is this even worth it? always been sus on HPS.
