You know you drive e9x when...

You know you drive e9x when...

1. You look at the car's reflection next to you every chace you get.
2. You walk around your car after you get out of the grocery store, or wherever that requires you to park your car for more than 1 minute.
3. White girls say your car is "cute", mexican and black girls say your car is "tight" and asian chicks just stare... and drool.
4. Your head doesnt seem to be looking straight as you are walking away from your car

...when your wastegates rattle
...when your HPFP replacement interval is shorter than that of the oil
...when none of the above are reasons enough not to have the car

you're wishing you weren't in too big of a financial hole and could trade it in for a new M3.

+1, though I'd substitute bimmer for car cause those points the OP made are awfully generic in general.

Oh that's a sore spot for me. Not the financial hole thing but...I could get an '08 M3 now for lower or similar monthly payments vs my current 330xi because of the massive discount and lower rate they're offering.

You have a 335i though, I wouldn't be nearly as annoyed by the M3 thing if I had waited another 7 months to get a 335xi over my current 330xi.

You're right. And honestly I love my car. Its bad ass. But I guess we're all pretty lucky if we're driving around in BMW's. Id say we really have nothing to complain about

Yes and no, the interior build quality of my particular car is sh!t. Can't wait to give it back at the end of next year. But in a sense, even in my case you're right, better to drive a BMW with a squeaky rattly interior over something further down the food chain with a squeaky rattly interior
