Should have asked the adjuster since he actually looked under it.

Cant tell much from the pictures beside you needing new wheels.

i quicky turn the right to avoid going over the hump, i scratch my lip and fender like 1 inch scratch but both my rims went busto. I guess the rims took the brunt of it. He said something about suspension but insurance is taking care of it minus deductible. but still i thinik $6000 is alot

I stand corrected, the LMs are 1,200 a wheel on TireRack.

this happened to someone i know not too long ago. There was no visible body damage such as sideskirts/bumper etc. but underneath the car was a different story. Your control arms are definitely bent and there could be sub frame damage as well as suspension damage.

are those even real LM's looks like replica to me. yeah i guess 6g's is too much but if your wheels are the real deal then 6g's would be enough i guess.

They aren't real LM's.

Maybe the adjuster assumed they were real. I could see replacing 2 real LM's plus a few suspension components you might have damaged costing about 6k.

Expensive rims, performance tires, suspension on a BMW = 6K easy. Good luck. You might make out with some money for some other mods if you get a check from the insurance company and source the parts and labor yourself

I'm not sure why you're surprised. Sure the wheels are expensive but it looks like the curb was hit hard and at 45mph there's a lot of energy to absorb.
