Washing car after just installing tint ok?

I plan on getting tint on my car on a Saturday, and then doing a full wash, clay, wax on Sunday. I'm just wondering if this will have any effect on the tint since you shouldn't disturb the tint for about 3 days after putting it on.

Think about it, where is the tint? Is it on the outside, or the inside?
