AA tune mod specifics

Hi, I have a FBO n52 08 e90

Mods:
Drop in filter with the other intake goodies
3 stage IM
AA headers
2nd cats, res, and muffler deleted

I just order the active autowerke tune and Simon3 cable. And I'm looking forward to the tune.

My question is for people that have done this tune, how did you specify the mods you have done to help optimize the tune?

Thanks for the help in advance

If I am not mistaken, the ots tune you purchased with the headers (or that is included with the purchase of the headers) is purely for the headers alone. If you wanted a custom tune, you need to reach out to AA or any other tuner that supports the n52 platform and get quoted there. However, given that you JUST bought this, I cannot imagine AA will charge you an absurd fee to have your tune "upgraded" to what you are looking for.

I hope this helps (and that I am not blowing smoke...)

Well the tune was from the AA website.

Yeah man, reach out to them. You bought an off the shelf tune, which is as generic as they come. I'm sure you will need to pay extra for a custom tune. But it should be prorated since you already purchased a tune from them. Good luck.
